Updated icon style classes
Updated the icon style classes used throughout the Design System, replacing fa-light and fa-thin with fa-regular.
This aligns the Design System with the Font Awesome styles now being used.
Recommended action: search your application's HTML and Razor views for fa-light and fa-thin and replace these classes with fa-regular. There is no need to update CSS files.
