Designers

Definition of Done for a Designer:

  • Ensure the design follows accessibility principles, including proper color contrast and font readability.
  • Create designs that are navigable by keyboard and support assistive technologies.
  • Ensure all interactive elements (buttons, links) are clearly identifiable and easy to use.
  • Verify that the design works across different screen sizes and devices (responsive design).
  • Use semantic HTML elements (headings, buttons, forms) and provide a logical flow for screen reader users.
  • Ensure visual elements are adaptable for users with disabilities (e.g., providing alternatives for color-coded information).
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure the design is implemented accessibly and tested with assistive technologies.
  • Ensure any multimedia content (images, videos) includes appropriate alt text or captions.
